Attendance

The registration Fee structure allows for a varied attendance structure  and fee structure. GST is included in all registration fees.

Full Conference Fees include all conference activities, lectures, catering  (incl  Happy Hour and Conference Dinner)  and Hand Book.  Early Bird, Standard, Late fees are available.  Please note the dates and costs for each one.

Special fee structure applies to  Commercial Partners, Trade Stand Managers, Single Day attendance, Speakers  and Additional staff on trade stands . If additional staff wish to attend the lectures  a special fee is charged to assist with conference costs.

Delegates also attending the Temporary Barrier Installation or Designers Course on 7th & 8th May will also have a special conference fee.

Guests, Partners or where Registration Fees exclude dinner may attend the Conference Dinner for the additional Dinner Fee. Names must be provided

5 – 7pm Tuesday 8 May included in fee.

7pm Wednesday 9 May included in fee.

 

All REGISTRATIONS will receive an INVOICE within 3 Working Days. Payment required within 30 days of receipt of the INVOICE and no later than 1 May. All Accommodation deposits or payment must be received by 1 April. Please include Name, Organisation, and Invoice PIN number are included on remittance note and bank details.

Credit Card. (Visa & Mastercard only) For Security Reasons please contact Conference Brokers   during business hours Ph 04 9386622 to effect a manual transaction. (Leave contact name & number) NOTE A 3% fee is added to all credit card transactions.
